* Show error when units cost when log time exceed remain units of selected service pack.
* Fixed the issue that user can not un-assign on the expired date of service pack, which lead to can not delete the service pack.
* Fixed the error that can not log the last unit of service pack.
* Notify the admin through email when:
    * Run out of unit.
    * Remain unit below thresholds.
